Garwood Laboratories, Inc offers full testing for optical components. Testing is being performed to the Telcordia standards for both passive and active optical components and devices.
Garwood can provide fiber optics testing services that are second to none. Our testing measurement capabilities include, but are not limited to, Polarization Dependant Loss (PDL), insertion/return loss, waveshape, peak and center wavelength, crosstalk (both adjacent and non-adjacent) as well as bandwidth and passband ripple. The systems we use contains a built-in C-Band tunable laser source that can sweep the entire C-Band, for complete component characterization, a requirement for GR-1221.
